Warranty
The Gold Rose is made from a fresh rose that is carefully selected for quality and shape, then sized and preserved at the peak of its beauty. The rose is then electroformed and finished with rich 24K gold.
Because of the uniqueness of our products and being hand made, if there is a defect when you receive our product please let us know so we can take care of the problem immediately.
We will gladly exchange it for you. No item can be exchanged without first obtaining a RMA, so we can track it. If you decide you would like another item instead we will gladly give you a credit toward another product.
